1.5.0.58

Post by admin »

1) Added FE-C bridge functionality. Basically allows 3rd party ANT(TM) FE-C compliant software to work with Lynx. Details are in users guide: http://www.veloreality.com/exs_v_ride/manual.zip section 4. As it is completely new functionality give me some slack here ;)

Veloreality Support;

After upgrading to 1.5.0.58 last night, power does not vary as slope changes and speed is incorrect. I am using a Kickr with the beta FE-C firmware. Is it possible to roll back to the previous release and test if the same issue occurs?

I just tested it with my KICKR and it works just fine. Mind you I do not use that beta firmware. I work with production firmware which implements standard proprietary KICKR ANT protocol. Also I did not really do any ANT+ related changes in the main software. FE-C bridge is a separate executable.

Just to be sure I also ran it with iVortex Smart ANT FE-C trainer and again everything is rosy.

So it must be that you paired KICKR previously to BTLE device (unpair it then from that device and power cycle), or have signal loss or look at you grade reduction settings

And just in case here is the link to previous version. Extract exe and copy it over the newer one. After that do not click "install updates" button as it will override the executable with the newer version and test.
