1) Restored the ability to automatically split ride into multiple TCX files.
Ride data file is split if:

a) The ride wraps and starts the beginning, except special loop ride like our Paterberg demo
b) Ride has multiple videos except when this is Grand Tour ride where videos are naturally
joined by Veloreality
c) If trainer was inactive for longer then 30 minutes
