Bulk Video Purchase for 2013 Owners

Hi Guys,
I do want to keep up to date with your whole collection, but I don't want to "repurchase" all the 2013 videos. Additionally, my internet will not support down loading everything. Will you be making this year's videos available on a drive, separate from the previous year for guys like me?
