On the website I am unable to see Grand Alps Tour : part 13 the Col de L'Iseran as a single ride, although it does seem to be there in the 21 part Grand Tour.
Does it actually exist? If so, please can it be made available to purchase as a single ride.

It does exist. I was looking for it a while back and located the link using the search feature.
