20 Ride Bundle

Hi,
I have purchased the 20 ride bundle. The site allowed me to download 1 video and afterwards the coupon was not valid.
Of course the full amount was debited from my credit card
I keep sending a refund claim to info@... but no success for week.
Can anyone pls suggest the next steps?

This is very strange. We did not receive anything from you. What exact email address did you use may I ask?
Also sales just sent you email with instructions on what to do. Did you receive it?
