Red screen at end of ride

When I end a ride a red screen appears stating 'do not use brake to stop' but as I have no brakes on my road bike which is mounted on the Lynx, is there any way I can prevent the red screen appearing or prevent any possible damage that may be being done to the brake/motor?

Pump your tire to max pressure and do the calibration. Drivetrain resistance is too high. Also make absolutely sure that bike's rear axle is centered and at the same level as rear roller's axle. Unless you actually hit brakes there should be no damage to unit/motor.
