The main ride menu
The top bar chart displays the grades for the next 1000meters from the point you have selected to start. The chart below is a normal route profile with the grades highlighted in colours. You can see the image is 12.8km into the ride, simply click start ride to start where ever you like There is another selection bar you can move to denote a end spot, when you reach that the ride will auto loop back to the start of the selected section or you can just stop!
below is the chart where you can select the trainer profile, for the virtual wattage display.
