VR software crash

Hi guys,

As of this morning, 1st time in 2 years, VR software crashed 4 times during the Passo Rombo ride.
Initially I thought that the video is broken as it crashed near the end of it but I restarted it from the beggining and it crashed 10 min into it .
(I mention that I played it 80% last weekend so ...its not the video)
1. The video just freezes...I have to force close the windows process as a result
2. I think it helps , I attached a video of my dashboard, you will see that no route preview is displayed, nothing......
3. Nothing has changed on my Win 7 64b configuration since my last successful ride.

Any ideas?

Thanks

PS:: cannot upload images :( ...... uploads status is a yellow warning sign

Post SKU of that video (4 digits) and I will check it out. It is a morning here and I am busy with something else so will try to resolve it tonight. Video file can be broken in quite a few ways and that is most likely the case. Also not sure what OS/Video card are you using but recently when my Win 10 did yet another update I had multiple crashes until I installed new graphics driver.

Hi,

Sku is 0043 .

Video didn't crashed last time when I've rode it, just today.
And ...have you seen the VR dashboard.....its like routes are not charging, nothing is displayed there.

Thanks

SKU 0043 - I did test it twice full length today. All seems nice and dandy. I think you should
check 3 things:

1) Scan your hard drive for errors using chkdsk utility, you can find info on how to use it
on the Internet

2) Download video again and see if it helps, maybe it is corrupted.

3)Update your graphic card driver if newer version is available.

If does not help contact me for live support and I can take a look:

Hi admin :),

As you've requested, chdisk gave no errors, latest AMD driver installed.
I'll give it another try this week.

In the meantime:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1L2reK ... KO2l0rMO31 (1.5.0.48)
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1dwmal ... d4fqSq_AXd (1.5.0.51)

The .48 is in fact the old version which I think was renamed as (old) when the .51 update was installed (as you can see in the .48 image, update is pending in right upper corner).
But as you can clearly see, the .48 shows video info, the .51 doesn't.
So, I would go there and say that the .51 update didn't do much of a good for my VR software, at least on my configuration.

Any ideas?

Thanks

You always have this option (live support): https://veloreality.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=94 I will be available starting from tomorrow. In the meantime I have a friend with AMD video card (I do not use those for myself). Will test software and the same video on his hardware

Also curious new version was released on Nov, 24. You did not ride since then or it only happens on this particular video?

I rode a lot in Oct on VR but since Nov I started a structured training so...I decided to ride only endurance long rides on VR (with Grade reduction to max 2%)
Since 24 Nov I rode for sure the 25Th Nov (col de Tourmalet East side ) and 2 Dec (a good chunk of the 'problem' video) and had no issues. It is true, I didn't pay attention to the VR interface ...since it was OK.
The next ride was on 7 dec..the ride that issued these posts.

I'll let you know as soon as I have any news
Thx
