Kickr and Lynx together setup questions

Hi some setup questions
I have been using the lynx trainer and software no problems
I added a kickr to the mix
so I now have a kickr and lynx trainer attached.
2 separate people riding the veloreality
Everything seems fine on the kickr setup
the ant devices show up properly in set up with heart rate
calibration seemed to have worked fine
checked to make sure that the grade reduction not set to zero
checked off eliminate descends
set up a completely new folder and made a copy of the v_ride.x64 was copied into new folder, new person registered(2nd registration for same software riding in same environment). downloaded updated software
trainers are close to ant sticks, new batteries to HR strap for Kickr
auto login is set to yes
When I load the veloreality software the real time BPM shows up on the dashboard
When she starts to ride there is no response from veloreality. No mph, no video movement, no power etc
basically what I am trying to do is be able to ride together as a group and also separately
Any suggestions? What do I need to do to get to work
Please note I know this set up is being seen by the system. sorry to add but when I load ergvideo using the Kickr and also the FEC software simulation for the lynx, ergvideo works fine for both bikes different setups

Group riding can only be done from separate computers. Also when Lynx is hooked up to computer it takes precedence over any existent trainer. Unplug lynx and restart software to use it with the other trainer

Was not expecting that one!, a bit disappointing
Anyway, I would like to request that this is added as a feature in future software releases. If possible.

Can you explain what is the exact feature that you want? Will be easier then for us to consider it.

sure
2 trainers riding at the same time.
example
trainer 1: lynx
trainer 2: kickr
both are connected to the same computer with veloreality as the software running
both want to ride together such as Mallorca
essentially it is a group ride so both people in the same household can ride on the same ride and train together.
that is it. Not too hard from my side!
