video stops after a short period

I am new to this. Software downloaded. Registered as user and the the sample files are also downloaded. Trainer connected via Stages Power Meter. No speed calculator and my trainer is not a Smart Trainer.

The video stops after 10 seconds yet the power cadence continues to accurately reflect my status.

i tried demo mode. Interestinhly it does the same. Shows to wattage and the
speed etc but video stops.

Seems like corrupted video file. Rare but does happen. Try any other video. If does not work then get live support as explained in
