Usage without internet access?

After downloading the VeloReality software, performing any updates, downloading videos and registering them on my laptop with internet access (e.g. home), can I then ride the video in a location (e.g. outhouse or garage) where my laptop has no internet access?

Alternatively if I tether my laptop to the internet with my phone while in my garage, will there be much internet traffic during riding a video?

I am not at all worried about missing the ability to do multiuser rides.

Yes you can ride off line. No need for Internet access. But it will not hurt to connect every once in a while to get an updates.
