Hi,
I am a new user and would like to try the software. I downloaded the demo video Patterberg Loop but the Start button on the software is greyed out. All the demo videos including the 4k video run in test mode.
I would like to buy your videos but would like to try in my system first. Is there a way to try the software before buying anything?

Surprised admin has not responded. You should have no problem running Paterberg. Go to Settings ->ANT+ Devices and double check your trainer has been found.

I'm having the same problem, start is greyed out. My trainer and ant sensors are all recognized by the software.
