When software was paired with any ANT+ sensor/trainer it remembers pairing configuration and will expect all sensors to be active/online during the ride. If ANY of previously paired sensors is inactive/low battery/too far/etc/etc the software will try to search for it again every 5 seconds. The search temporarily interrupts communication with the rest of sensors/trainer. For example you would see regular drops in power reported by trainer. The solution is either to un-pair misbehaving sensor by clicking "V" button next to its ID in ANT+ settings and selecting "SKIP AND USE DEFAULT" option or bring sensor to active state by replacing battery, bringing it closer/whatever.
