Purchasing - Coupon code not recognised

Trying to check out Grossglockner tour and Oude Kwaremont using coupon code XXXXXXX but I get the message that the code does not exist.

This forum is a very bad location for official support. Always use email/online submission form on our website. Anyways forwarded to sales, they'll fix you up.
