I have Smart TRainer and Cadence sensor. How to select

Post by admin »

Make sure that your ANT+ stick is close to your sensors/ANT FE-C trainer. Use USB extension cable is needed. Click "Search" button in "ANT+ DEVICES" section of "SETTINGS" then mount your bike and pedal for a while to activate all your sensors. If it does not find all your sensors from a first try you can click "Search" multiple times until it shows all your sensors. This might happen because of ANT packet collisions.

In this particular case among other things it found Cadence sensor with ID of 10366 and FE-C bike trainer with ID of 14313. After completing search the software performed default sensor assignment. It assigned sensor with ID of 10366 for cadence:

Let's say we did not like it and decided to take cadence from ANT FE-C trainer instead. For this click small button marked "V" located to the right side of Cadence sensor. It shows list of available cadence sensors Click on sensor you want to use or click Skip to use default (like cadence coming from FEC in this case)

I clicked "Skip" and now I have ANT FE-C trainer selected as cadence source
