Re: Square brackets
I don't suppose it matters really, but I would like to understand this better. With grade reduction set 0-20%, the real grade versus feels like is green on flattish sections, but when I start a climb of say 8% it goes yellow and show feels like as 1-2% less than real grade. Is this basically becaus...

Re: Square brackets
I did a ride with my new settings, and noticed that the 'feels like' grade was now higher than before, but still 1-2% below the 'real road grade'. The spec for my trainer claims it's able to simulate 20% gradient, although I wonder if this might only apply to when it's used with the Bkool software....

Re: Square brackets
I presume this whole issue also depends on the trainer being used?
My old Tacx was only capable of resisting to an equivalent gradient of around 4%, but I don't know what my Bkool can manage, other than it's more than 4%.

Re: Square brackets
Can I just check that I've understood the instructions correctly? It says "Somewhat less obvious is the “Grade reduction” section. It does not really matter much for resistance trainers..............." I've got a BKool Smart Pro Plus trainer, so I'm wondering if adjusting the grade will m...

Re: Newbie with a couple of Requests
Thanks for the reply. Happy to test download speeds so I will email you. My trainer PC is connected to the internet, but it is situated in the garage along with trainer which is permanently setup. My computer in the study is where I keep my training spreadsheet, hence the USB stick transfer. I coul...

Re: Newbie questions (connectivity and turbo trainer itself)
Just to add to previous answers................I use SportTracks and load up my VeloReality data easily; it includes all the data you get on a real ride (yes, even the map!), plus all the power data. I use my HR monitor strap (ANT+) that I have for my Garmin Edge. I dumped my Tacx trainer, and softw...

User Manual
Where can I find a user manual? I've searched here, on the website, my vride software, and google!
I know there's one somewhere.
