Took a few goes, but eventually succeeded, so all working fine now thanks.

The software is working fine except that when I click on 'download updates' the screen fills with many boxes saying 'access violation' and 'runtime error'.
I've never had this problem before. Any advice?

That's right............during your ride you press 'PrtScn', and it doesn't pause or interupt the ride, then you can save, edit, later.
As I pointed out, there's no need to press Win+PrtScn.

On my Win 10 desktop & laptops, it's only necessary to press 'PrtScn'. Then use the 'Paint' programme (incl. with the OS), press 'paste', then save the file.
