Re: Wednesday Race 7Pm GMT
...I don't know if AWG was using the power equalization feature, but he was pretty consistent in the range 180-220 W... 1) I will add some kind of indicator so you would know upfront if the person is using power-equalization. 2) For now you can just watch person for a little while and set your FTP ...

Re: Was a new filming vehicle used for 0073_ES-Almeria?
Yes, the colours are lovely in Autumn and there's no-one around. Your Galibier video from the South taken in Autumn is breathtaking. The Col d'Izoard ascent from the South through the Queyras and Casse Deserte and the Col de Vars from the Ubaye side would be great to have some time... I'm not alway...

Re: Was a new filming vehicle used for 0073_ES-Almeria?
I have a home in Embrun (near the Queyras in France) - and wonder if you'd be interested in staying to do some local filming some time? There are a number of beautiful scenic and hilly routes near the lake, as well as classics like the South side climb of the Izoard, the Col de Vars (N & S are ...

Re: Can I adjust speed?
Thanks. I guess I need to make sure my settings are correct then. Let me ask this - when riding the Marmotte, do the following numbers from the attached creen shot make sense? 9.6% grade, 201 watts, 5.3 mph. Again, just seems slow. Thanks. My very vague rule of the thumb is Alpe d'Huez is about 13k...

Re: Can I adjust speed?
So I was riding the marmotte today and noticed the speed on my Garmin 500 was about 2.5x faster than what was being shown on VR, and I am sure the Garmin was much more accurate as to what the speed should have been. I understand that VR doesn't use the Ant+ output from my Garmin, but rather its own...

Re: Zion National Park 0135 Gone
Zion is now in 3 separate parts - all 4K. Stunning video and well worth the price especially if you have a 4K monitor and graphics card. Highly recommend you get the latter upgrade as all the new Veloreality rides will be 4k. Reaching the full potential now............. We have a mass of new 4k foo...

Re: Whats on the way?
Is there a timescale for releasing the Italy and Germany videos? And, being English, are the plans for North of England going ahead? No time scale as yet, a fair number of new rides are recorded though, you should see then over next winter...for the UK its all eyes on the weather next week or the f...

Re: Whats on the way?
We just completed a filming trip down to the leg of Italy so there will be some Italy rides this year. next trip is the north of England or Norway. The new stabilized camera bike is working nice & the films made from it now will have some lean into the corners.

Re: Was a new filming vehicle used for 0073_ES-Almeria?
We are back from our Italy road trip, refilming a few of the more popular older rides from the Tacx collection that needed updating & will add some more to the Veloreality one. The next trip will probably be either the North of England or Norway depending on the weather & time available.
