Thanks, I had read the manual but it seems to all be ERG mode i.e. preset power levels to be reached.

I'm looking for the ability to ride "flat out" i.e. without a pre-set power level. Also as fatigue increases the power may be diminishing over the intervals.

How would I go about setting up or using the s/w to enable sprints.

I want to be able to set a number (4 - 7) of 30 seconds flat out sprint intervals with recovery time in-between of course.

I am using a Computrainer with Win10 if it makes a difference.

Perhaps something has changed. Following these instructions only downloads an "Index" file html 49.1 kb.
Nothing else downloads.
FDM reports the download as complete.

I've now purchased and registered the video but cannot ride as I get an error.
