Re: Downloading videos

Extremely slow download speed
I'm trying to down load my videos and I am getting less than 10KB/sec! I have just done a speed check with my ISP and get over 250Mbits/sec. The download time estimate is 3 days for the first of the Grand Alp videos! Do you have alternative servers for Europe?
Thanks
Barry
Thanks

Re: Video Delivery Speed
Thank you, much appreciated. I'm getting a transfer rate of 24KB/s now - the last 2GB are going to take another day.

Perhaps you can specify alternative international download locations in the order confirmation or when one logs on to download. P.s sorr...

Video Delivery Speed
I am getting very slow download times for VeloReality videos. It is taking 16 to 20 or more hours to copy one 15GB video. Using Firefox "save link as..." when right clicking links. As a contrast I can load a Sufferfest 2.5GB video in less than 15 minutes. Anyway of getting the speed up? My...

Usage without internet access?
After downloading the VeloReality software, performing any updates, downloading videos and registering them on my laptop with internet access (e.g. home), can I then ride the video in a location (e.g. outhouse or garage) where my laptop has no internet access? Alternatively if I tether my laptop to ...
