When this happened to me I used the contact page http://veloreality.com/contact/ and had my account reset. I think I'd already registered 3 computers, but then I got a new one and had the same message as you.

Very nice, I like the videos filter as I ride mostly 'user' and don't usually need see the rest.

Just a quick note in case it's of interest to someone, yes the Elite Direto works fine with VR, and paired easily in a few seconds.

Thanks, looks like it wouldn't be unreasonable of me to assume that as it's ANT FE-C it will work. It's just that I never trust these things..............

Many thanks, all sorted; unplugged the stick a few times to no avail, and seemed to have all the green lights, but it wasn't until I went to ANT+ devices and searched for devices, which then paired the devices I guess, and all came back online & the FE-C green light appeared............all well.

VR opens as usual, I'm logged in (v1.50.125), I can see all my videos, and run them in test mode. However, 'start ride' and 'reset ride' are both inactive and greyed out, so I'm unable to do a ride.
Help please!
