Rarely but sometimes software configuration database might get corrupted. Most likely at this point you will see message box that starts with "Duplicate ID ..." or something like that and it is impossible to pass that stage. In this case Kill the software, reboot your PC and erase corrupte...

Registration Limit reached
You are allowed to register your video on up to 2 Hard Drives.
Multiple Registrations on the same hard drive counted as 1.
After that you have to ask us to reset registration counters
using contact form
Note: you can not register video residing on networked drive or SD card
for security reasons.

I think I know what that is. You got bad ride definition data with the incorrect names in your data/videodef folder, slipped there by accident. Close the software, delete you data/videodef folder and start software again. It will recreate the deleted folder and download correct content from our serv...
